What we are authorised to do

[To be completed following regulatory sign-off. This section must state the exact permissions held, in the FCA's own wording, and must not overstate them.]

My Debt Cleared operates as a marketing introducer. We do not provide debt counselling, debt adjusting, or any regulated debt advice. We do not administer debt solutions and we are not insolvency practitioners.

Our panel firms

[Firm name] — FCA firm reference number [FRN] — authorised for debt counselling and debt adjusting. Covers [nations].

Every firm listed here can be verified on the FCA Register. If a firm contacts you claiming to be acting on our introduction and is not listed on this page, tell us immediately through our complaints route.

Advertising standards

We follow the CAP Code and the ASA's guidance on debt advertising. Specifically, we disclose that we are a lead generator passing details to third parties, we do not imply any government or charity association, we do not make unsupported write-off claims, and we disclose the material risks and fees associated with the solutions we describe.

Marketing and data

All enquiries are first-party and consented. We do not purchase lead lists, we do not send unsolicited marketing texts or calls, and we do not share data with anyone other than the single panel firm you consent to. Our consent wording, its version and the timestamp are stored with every enquiry as an audit record. See our privacy notice.

Complaints and redress

Our complaints procedure sets out how to raise a concern with us and where to take it if you are not satisfied. Complaints about a panel firm's advice should go to that firm first, then to the Financial Ombudsman Service. Complaints about an insolvency practitioner go through the Insolvency Complaints Gateway.
