Moneybarn appears on the FCA register (firm reference number 702780).
If you cannot pay Moneybarn
Car finance is usually hire purchase or PCP, where the lender owns the car until the end. Once you have paid a third of the total, the lender needs a court order to repossess it. You may also have the right to hand the car back once you have paid half the total amount payable.

FCA rules require lenders to treat customers in financial difficulty with forbearance and due consideration. That can mean reducing or suspending interest and charges, accepting lower payments for a period, or giving you time to get advice. Lenders do not have to agree to every request, but they must consider it.

If it goes further
